Free Public Talk – Mindfulness for Wellbeing (Zoom)

About
We are pleased to inform you that the U3A Duxton Hill under Renhai Centre Ltd is resuming the U3A talks, which were stopped temporarily due to pandemic. You are welcome to attend a talk by Ms Joy Chen on Mindfulness.
Mindfulness practice can make you feel happier and find contentment in life, decrease anxiety and depression, and improve moods, concentration, and memory. This in turn makes for fulfilling relationships, boosts the immune system, and reduces the risk of illness from chronic stress.
Through this talk, you will learn about mindfulness and how to practice and apply it in your daily lives for a stronger mental wellbeing.
We hope to see you at the zoom talk on 21st May 2022!
